Getting Started
This chapter covers the basic process for connecting to MSST-Net for the first time.
Quick Start
The process for connecting to MSST-Net for the first time:
- Install the client
- Complete access authentication
- Choose a connection mode
- Verify connection status
If this is your first time, follow the steps in this chapter in order.
Step 1: Install the Client
Please complete the client installation first.

Step 2: Complete Access Authentication (Optional)
Access authentication is not required — unauthenticated users can use Room Mode directly.
However, if you need to use Network Space Mode, or want to create rooms with no member limit, authentication is required.
Existing Account
If you already have an MSST Unified Authentication Platform account:
Open the client controller, go to the Access Authentication page, and follow the prompts to complete authentication.
No Account Yet
If you don't have an account:
Fill out the MSST-Net Access Registration Form.
After your application is approved, an administrator will send your account information to the contact you provided.
Limitations Without Authentication
If you skip authentication, the following restrictions apply:
- You can only use Room Mode — Network Space Mode is not available
- Rooms created by this device support a maximum of 5 members (including the host)
Step 3: Choose a Connection Mode
Choose one of the following connection modes:
Network Space Mode
For long-term, stable connection to a unified network environment (requires authentication).

Step 4: Verify Connection Status
After connecting, perform a basic verification:
- Check that your device is online
- Check network connection status
- Test room joining
- Test basic communication
